New?

If you'd like to follow the current story, start here.

For the weekly gag strips you may have seen in the Whatcom Independent Newspaper, you'll want to start here.

These comics loop, so if you go off the end you'll start at the beginning again.

But there's even older comics with unfinished story arcs and even stranger artwork here.

And finally, if you want the prequel to it all, read The Dragon and the Radical.

    Where's your comic?!?
    (28 Jan 2009)

The reason that today's comic is coming along quite slowly is that I'm taking care with it, as evidenced here:

As I've said before, while I am now producing Harmless Free Radicals weekly and trying to improve the quality of my work, I'm not so stuck to my deadline of Wednesday on the dot. It's going to have to be OK if the comic ends up being a few hours late or even put off for a week. The end product, after all, isn't going to be a webcomic so much as a really useful graphic novel that I'm going to try to sell through all the local coffee shops in 2010 (just in time for the Olympics).

Also, these are getting printed out at 16" by 20" and put on walls around town this very year! So they've got to have that little extra bit of attention.

I'm not quite where I want to be yet with my artwork, though, and I do still have a schedule to keep (I need enough pieces done for the next show, and I'd like to have a show a month!). So, I'm still cutting a few corners and moving on.

Please bare with me. Page 9 of this story is due to be done in a few hours!

    Thank you.
